A delegation of presidents of leading American Jewish organizations visited Krasnaya Sloboda.

On February 10, a delegation from the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations, led by Chair Betsy Berns Korn, visited Krasnaya Sloboda.

The delegation members were welcomed by Saida Abasova, Deputy Head of the Guba District Executive Power; Igor Shaulov, Director of the Museum of Mountain Jews; Telman Muhailov, Representative of the Head of the Guba District Executive Power in Krasnaya Sloboda; Yafo Yadadyayeva, Head of the Municipality; Pisakh Isakov, Chairman of the Religious Community of Mountain Jews of Krasnaya Sloboda; and other community representatives.

Igor Shaulov introduced the guests to the museum's exposition, providing detailed information on the history of Mountain Jews settling in the village. He also showcased exhibits illustrating the history, culture, and daily life of the Mountain Jewish community.

The guests were impressed by the museum's unique exposition and its fascinating exhibits.

Betsy Berns Korn expressed her satisfaction with visiting Azerbaijan with such a large delegation, highlighting the country's strong relations with the United States and Israel.

During the conversation, both sides expressed satisfaction with the ongoing development of Azerbaijan-US relations.
