On June 15, the ceremony took place due to the bringing the Torah scroll into the six-domed synagogue of Red Village.
The Torah scroll was written at the expense of the Benyaminov family and is dedicated to the blessed memory of Yunat (Bebein) bin Isai.
The ceremony was held with the participation of the chief rabbi of the community of Mountain Jews in Moscow Anar Samailov, rabbi Yona Yakobi, members of the local Jewish community including close relatives, relatives, friends of the late Yunat bin Isai
At the beginning of the ceremony, the guests who arrived at the event went to the house of the Benyaminov family. The sacred scroll was taken out of the house. The men, heading to the place of the festive feast, passed the Torah scroll to each other. A reinforced police guard was organized on the streets of Red Village
Then, a magnificent festive table awaited the guests. The tables were heaped with trays of sweets, fruits and drinks.
